- Review your information and submit your return request.

5. Initiate Return:

- Click Here to initiate your return. Navigate to ORDERS and select the relevant order for the item(s) you wish to return.

Enjoy a Hassle-Free Return and Refund:

- All eligible items can be returned within 15 days for SoKO Mall and 7 days for the marketplace.

Preparing Your Item:

- Place the item in its original packaging, including accessories, tags, labels, or any freebies.

Drop-off or Schedule a Pick-up:

- Put the item(s) in their original packaging with all accessories. Drop off at a designated location or schedule a convenient pick-up with one of our agents.

Refund Processing:

- Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 7 business days.

- Refunds will be issued via voucher or MTN mobile money, depending on your selected option.
